The Beginning

Aulya always considers herself as a self-employed person ever since she left her internship program in 2006, and was a junior-designer on a contract basis for 3 years at Kreuk Concept, an Australian-Kuala Lumpur based interior design firm until 2009. From then on, she has established herself as an independent designer. In 2011, she managed to set up a small design agency focusing in interior, graphic & media design. Over the years, she continuously evolved around these related fields including D&B, advertising, media & corporate profile. As of today, she has a 14-year of background in interior design & project management.

Being an entrepreneur, like others, venturing into other business is inevitable. Years later, she found another fascinating way to grow in property.

Eyeing into Real Estate Business

Aulya's interest in real estate sparked in 2015, when she had the chance to buy a commercial SOHO property in Ampang for investment purposes. But she had to put her new interest on hold for another 2 years, as she was occupied in welcoming and raising her first born. In 2017, she finally had become a Real Estate Negotiator registered with Azmi & Co (EA) Sdn Bhd.

A decade over in the year of 2020, when the pandemic hits us globally, Aulya took a few months off to reset her business planning. Now she's back with a great intent of becoming a full-time professional REN after she has completed the NCC course in December 2020. *NCC course is a professional real estate course by MIEA and is acknowledged by LPPEH/BOVAEA.

Present

Being in the 8th year in the real estate industry, Aulya is currently a Sr. Real Estate Negotiator and an independent Training Speaker for groups of batches from beginner to advanced level real estate negotiators. With over 7 years of experience, Aulya is able to assist her clients right from hunting and selling properties, creative digital & online marketing right down to completing property transactions. She basically covers all kinds of property transactions within 20km from where she's located, focusing in;

• KL City, mainly in Jalan Ampang / Jalan U-Thant
• the townships as you can see in the map below, including;
• Petaling Jaya
• Damansara
  
• Taman Tun Dr Ismail
